Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile Management in Rhode Island
Most of your new customers start on your Google listing, the one with the map and the reviews, not on your website. It's the single biggest lever there is, and on most businesses it's doing a fraction of what it could. I set it up and manage it the way it should have been from the start, and I fix it first, because it moves faster than the website does.
Where the calls start
This is where your calls come from, not your website
Most owners have never opened the settings that decide whether they show up on Google. That's not a knock. Nobody hands you a manual. But your Google Business Profile, the listing with the map and the reviews, is where most new customers start, and it's doing a fraction of what it could. I fix that first, before anything else, because it's the single biggest lever there is and it moves faster than the website does.
The ten highest-impact minutes
The right primary category
If your category is wrong or vague, you're invisible for the thing you actually do, and no amount of website work fixes it. Picking the exact primary category is the highest-impact ten minutes in the whole build. I set it from Google's live list, match it to what people are really searching for you, and I don't stuff it with extra keywords that get the listing flagged.
Every service, every town
Every service, your whole service area
I enter each service separately instead of lumping them into one line, so you show up for each one. I set the service area to every town you actually drive to. And I fill in the attributes people filter on, free estimates, emergency service, open now, all of it. These are the boxes a customer checks to narrow the list before they ever click a name, and most listings leave them empty.

The fields nobody fills in
The fields nobody fills in
There's a long list of fields Google gives you and almost nobody completes: the description, the photos, the questions-and-answers, and the one everybody misses, holiday hours. Google only lets you set the next couple of holidays at a time, so it's a job that comes back around every few months. I keep after it. An empty field is a ranking factor you're handing to the business down the street.
You keep it, always
You stay the owner. I'm just a manager on it
This matters, so I say it plainly. The profile is yours. You were always the owner and I'm added as a manager. If we ever part ways, I remove myself and you keep the listing, the reviews, and the history, no permission needed and nothing held hostage. Two posts every four weeks keep the listing active between visits, because a profile that goes quiet slides.
See where your listing stands
Want to see where your listing stands right now? Get your free website audit, it maps exactly where you show up and where you don't. No cost, and you keep the findings either way.
Pricing, if we're a fit: $997 to start, then $597 every 4 weeks. The website is included in the plan.
